Home page of ranchu breeding diary

This is the weblog for the people who love and take care of beautiful top view japanese ranchu. All the ranchu fish shown here are from proven Japanese bloodlines and are kept as close as possible to the ways that the japanese masters do but some fishes are cultivating in the modified traditional way for study. Most of baby ranchus are bred and raised by myself. The purpose of the breeding is to find the most stable and the most beautiful bloodline that can transmit to the offspring. Some reproductive sciences for human and other animal species can be well applied to the fish especially ranchu japanese goldfish.
