Ultrazero one development from the fertilized egg 

The fertilization process was done on 5th December 2012 after the natural behavior of fish spawning observed(chasing female by male fish) by manual gentle squeezing egg from the female and sperm from the males into the fish bowl. The fertilization process was left at least 10 minutes then discarded the old water and sinked the bowl under the water mixed with small amount of methylene blue.

The fish bowls were sinked under the water at 20 degree celsius. The chiller machine was used to create the low temperature by circulating the water flow in and out of the tank.

On day 4, the developing embryos can be easily seen inside the fertilized egg. Some embryos were hatched outside. 

Higher view, the fertilized oocyte will be clearly seen with the black area inside. Some embryos were hatched.

The embryo were totally hatched.
